Rocky Mountain Oysters, Deer tongue, Heart & Liver, Elk, Moose, Bear. Menudo, Worms. Goose liver Pate, Boiled cream"romagrout". Squirrel, Rabbit. Morning Doves, Pickled Piggs feet. Pickled gizzard. Dragon Eggs.

Duck meat. Which was really greasy and fatty. And then I ate a special African sauce that we had to sign a form not to sue them. And it was the hottest thing I think i've ever heard/seen/eaten.

Lamb eyes.
Cactus worms.

Both were fresh and quite good. I have also eaten canned Cactus worms. Canning adds a dimension to their texture but takes away a bit of the flavor.

I ate a scorpion in BBQ seasoning,it was dried and I ordered it off a website in Thailand.I live in New Mexico so I wrapped the scorpion in green chile then ate it.the pincher taste like a corn nut and the tail like a dorito and the body is just nasty.

Worst weird McD's french fries -- post beef suet -- yuck!!!

Best weird was a course in a Kaiseki dinner in Kyotto: Our chef told the English-speaking translator something!! Her eyes bugged out: in Japanese she asked "what!! be more specific, Please! " Finally, she realized that his phrase was not a euphemism-- seal penis, was not a joke! It was delicious,

Monkey brains but they are delicious just didn't like the setting because they were still alive and they cut the cranium and the when they open the head the brain looks as if is moving but is not!! It is tender and soft has good flavor but I love it if you mix it with rice spices and either bread or flower tortillas!!
