"Shish Ka bob" with lots of different kinds of things: for example...

apple chunks and cheese (very good together)
kielbasa and pineapple (grilled)
Ham and red potatoes (grilled)
strawberries and bananas (dessert)
pepperoni and cheese(classic)

Be creative and think of some more things to put on those little scewers. Town House Toppers crackers are great too with a dip.

Pali Punch. It is really good! All you do is combine orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and ginger ale together. It is a fun and easy Hawaiian treat.

Hmm, I am getting hungry thinking about all this great food. lol.

When I went to Hawaii, I stayed at my friend's Aunt's house and she made this really yummy Chex Mix with Furikake (a japanese seaweed mixture) ooh its so yummy. I found a recipe online but haven't tried it at home yet. They may not serve it in luau's but its very hawaiian and as Elton Brown would say "Good EATS!"
