Can you recommend party games for 4 year old girls?

My daughter is having a fairy themed birthday party with 5 of her friends and I'm looking for fun games to keep them entertained... any ideas?

Hit the craft store and pick up some of the craft foam sets that they have, you can get pre cut shapes in kits. Butterflys, stars, or hearts, some glitter glue, inexpensive gems, ect. They even have pre cut crowns, let the girls decorate the foam shapes to make crowns, and magic wands. They even have foam beads that you can get for them to decorate and string to make beautiful neckalces! My granddaughter and I did this as a rainy day project and she was 4 . Just be sure to put down one of those plastic disposable table cloths, then you can just fold it up and toss it! Don't foget the glittery ribbons. The glitter glue really cuts down on the mess. You can get the stuff at Michaels.
Kids love that craft foam, yu can even buy it in sheets and cut out litle dresses for them to decorate.
You could find a cute pic of a fairy and make some paper wands and let them play "pin" the wand on the fairy! If you have a photo printer you can take pic's of the girls as they areplaying and print them out and send them home with the girls as party favors. You can even get $1 mini albums for the girls to put their pics in.

have a scavanger hunt,
go bye like 5 barbies and give hints on peices of paper, tape the paper 2 the barbie and hide it in the backyard.
get a shoe box and hid that 2 in the shoe box put candy, and have the scavanger hunt lead there, or since its a fairy party, u could by 6 "magic" wands and put it in there enstead of candy.

2 make the scavenger extra fun and keep there attension say u have 2 crab walk 2 the playset enstead of normal walk, things like that.

*4 little kid parties do the cake and ice cream last so u can clean up the mess before it gets tracked around, and so when they get sick (they always eat 2 much ) it wont happen in ur house*

pass the parcel is always a good one, musical statues (dancing and then when music stops last one to sit down is out) , pin the wand on the fairy (instead of pin tail on donkey),
The party sounds like great fun. You could also have it as fancy dress or ask each child to dress as a fairy.
be sure to serve some fairy cakes!!!!!

What about getting them to make a crown to wear to the party. best one wins?

I think that they are old enough for Candyland and Shutes and Ladders. Also, little girls love to play dress up and "pretty pretty princess" You might go to a thrift store and pick up some fun stuff for the girls to dress up in and walk around. Drawing pictures, fingerpaints and such would also be nice.

Pin the wand on the fairy making fairy wings/wands Fairy pictures to colour in. find the fairy(bit like an egg hunt but with fairies instead & a prize for whoever finds the most) and all the usual party games like pass the parcel and musical bumps,statues or chairs.
