Your relationship with your doctor is as sacred as a relationship with an attorney. As a matter of fact doctor's are bound by an oath not to divulge a patients medical history to anyone or an entity, unless given a court order to do so. By law your secret is safe with your doctor.

That info in canada is protected by the privacy act. If you commited a crime during this time or before, it will show up or picked up for alcohol or drug abuse.
