KALBERWURST sausage is a fresh sausage and usually cannot be shipped. They carry it at German or Swiss grocery stores. Whole Foods also carries it once in awhile. You can buy it pre-cooked online.

This is a very mild white sausage made from veal, pork, milk and mild spices.
