I had Hepatitis B when I was 6 (and a virgin of course) Hepatitis can be contagious. It is basically a viral infection of the liver, and it can be transmitted by saliva, or contaminated food, blood transfusion, or even if you for some reason touched someone's open wound.
Update: Hepatitis B doesn't always stay with you, only about 5% of people with hepatitis B develop chronic hepatitis, so the person who answered below me is wrong (no offense)

yes you can get it without intercourse any type of sexual touching can transmit it also you can get it from many other ways that aren't even sexual in nature if you're involved in drugs that use needles or if someone who is infected with it's blood get's into your blood then yes it's possible I kinda doubt you're doing certain things at 12 that would make you contract hepatitis but I don't know if you're really worried ask someone to take you to get tested

there are many types of hepatitis, a, b ,c and others. Some you catch just from drinking infected water or ice cubes. Some you get from intercourse or blood. Some people get it from tattoos or drugs.

Dirty environment for hepatitis A which can be easily cured, but for B which is there in you forever, you might get it through blood transfusion, or when you're pricked with a needle that was used by the person with hepaB, and of course like as you said, sexual intercourse.
you'll likely to have a liver cancer when you have hepa B.

There are many ways to get hepatitis. Please talk with a trusted adult. How about Mom? Dad? Symptoms could be something else, maybe nothing at all. Maybe time to see the doctor? Don't have to share your risky behaviors with the adult. That's what the doctor is for! They have to maintain confidentiality.

I have no idea of your symptoms, but I think you are just plain worried. Speak with an adult you can trust, tell them why you think you might have hepatitis.

Yes. All you have to do is drink feces-contaminated water or eat at a place where the employees have it or don't wash their hands.
If you suspect you have hepatitis, then you probably need medical attention.

yes, if you touched anyone's blood that is infected with the disease and it mixed with your blood on an open wound. If you shared a needle with a person infected with it, if you shaved with someone's razor that is infected.
