No one said losing weight would be an easy process. Get off the coach, burn some calories and build some muscle and stay the course for at least three months. It is as simple as that, really!

there are three stages of building muscle, eating working out and resting. working out builds muscle but if you dont get the other two you wont get any bigger, and vise versa. try drinking home made protein shakes, milk, ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and some honey, twice a day once after you work out and once before you go to sleep.
