Definately. If you Have an exesive amount of carrots or tomatoes you can turn orange. After a while (as with any thing else) it will become toxic and your body cannot process any more so you will become sick. Although it is hardder to "O.D" on veggies, it is possible. Be carefull and as with everything Watch your intake.

I certainly don't think so but some people say that eating conventional not organic vegetables is worse for you than eating nothing because of the pesticides. I know it would be best to have all organic vegetables but I hope that they use the pesticides responsibly most of the time. Agri-business takes a lot of criticism but they do know how to grow vegetables. I only really get depressed when I come up against the attitude vegetables are really only plate decorations. Fortinately, doctors are a force against that mental set..

If it's quantity, yes. If it's ratio (for instance, replacing your meat with vegetables), I don't believe so. In the bible, Daniel refused the 'rich food' of the king, but asked to be put on only vegetables for 10 days. The king's servant was nervous, thinking that if Daniel appeared sick, it would be the servant's head on the block. But, after 10 days, the faces of Daniel and his three friends appeared 'better and fatter in flesh' than the others who ate the rich food.
He didn't stuff himself with the veggies; only replaced everything with them.

Yes too much of anything is unhealthy. It is good to eat plenty of beges but not too much. As long as you follow the basic recommendations on how many meals to eat per day and to cover several food groups in each meal then your diet should be fine.

it is possible to get too much of a particular vitamin. if you get various veggies and fruits, you'll be ok. if you start eating nothing but carrots, you'll actually start to turn orange. i swear to god. before he died, the guy that founded fender guitars did that and became oddly colored.

as long as it is not the same vegetable everyday it should be cool. Just vary them up there are soooo many to choose from.
