Pedro, I will preface this answer, with the standard check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking anything new. I have had chronic bronchitis all my life. Just recently my doctor told me about an over the counter medicine called Mucinex. I went to the store and got Mucinex expectorant for cough. It worked so well for me I didn't get bronchitis this time or even have to get an antibiotic. I should be a sales person for this company as I tell everyone about how good it is . Hope this helps.
