Seems when i started to became a vegen i lost 10kgs! Now i weight 87kgs! But the point is, i can not lose weight easy now! So this is my tips, even your vegen or vegentarian you will still need to do more exercise! At last, i do not think vegen or vegentarian are weak, it depends on your life style! I don't eat eggs, fish, because in the bible books said: "But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall you not eat." for my understanding is that even fish are also a life with the blood, can you see fish has blood as well, if they don't have.. well they're not living creatures anymore. some of you christian gave yourselves a excuse for that for that you think you will die because of not having animal's protein!

1. Protein - meat, fish, eggs, BEANS, NUTS
2. Veg and fruit
3. Dairy
4. Grains
5. Fats and oils
Please point out how a vegetarian misses out on any of the above groups. A vegan would miss out on #3 but there are calcium fortified substitutes available now.

Duhh dude.. U don't get strong from eating meat. and U don't get weak from not eating meat.. when ur a vegetarian / vegan you eat plenty of other things that have much more protein then a slab of carcass.

Protein can be gotten from dairy and/or eggs (for lacto/ovo vegetarians), and soy, nuts, and legumes. You don't need to eat animal carcasses to be strong.

Vegetarians aren't weak. We just get our protein from other sources. In fact vegetarians tend to live longer than meat-eaters. And you are being stereotypical when you say vegetarians are weak.
