I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Unfortunately once you have diabetes, it cannot be cured. It can however, be controlled with proper diet and exercise, and maybe some medication. My first A1c reading was 12.5, but 6 months later with diet and exercise it was down to 5.5. My doctor was astonished, but the blood work does not lie. Unfortunately as time went on it became harder and harder for me to control and pills were added to the treatment plan. After about 8 years my body finally decided it didn't care how much medication I took or what I ate, and my blood sugar got out of control. I am now on insulin, but feeling wonderful and having no regrets.

If your husband follows his doctor's recommendations, he can live a healthy lifestyle and maintain controlled Type 2 for many years. Not everyone has the complications I had (I had a surgery that caused rejection and resulted in all kinds of troubles for me, including with my diabetes) I wish him well.

I always like to answer questions like this with: "Define cure". Or: "Define reversed". If you mean, can the symptoms be kept to a minimum... yes. With proper diet and exercise, you can keep the affects of type 2 diabetes minimized to the point that you may not have to take any medication. To me, that is effectively "cured". But can you eat like a pig and sit around and watch TV all the time? Absolutely not. My mother died from complications due to diabetes that was out of control. When I became diabetic, I learned all I could about controlling it because I surely did not want to go down that miserable road that she went down. Here are just a few key things that I've learned:

Unfortunately, once you have diabetes, you get to keep it forever. There's no cure for type 2 diabetes, but you can manage — or even prevent — the condition. Start by eating healthy foods, exercising and maintaining a healthy weight. If diet and exercise aren't enough, you may need diabetes medications or insulin therapy to manage your blood sugar.

My boyfriend was just diagnosed with Diabetes II (both of his parents have it as well). Since he is fairly young he wasn't ready to go on oral medication (both of his parents are now insulin dependent) so we looked around for a plan. I'm currently in nursing school and just had classes on diabetes and nutrition. We decided to go on a low carb diet and it has worked wonders!!!

His blood sugars have went from near 300 down to 95-115 consistently. He feels better, has more energy, and is generally healthier (he kept getting sick before he was diagnosed). Sweets and bread can be a big loss, but when you're faced with kidney failure, blindness, heart attacks, losing your limbs, etc... it's not so bad.

Try diet and exercise first before you go to the medicine, as it gradually loses it's effectiveness. Diabetes can't be "cured" but it can be controlled and prevent any further damage to your body.

Best wishes and good luck!!!

Not cured, but the symptoms can be reduced with weight loss and exercise along with medication. My doc always said that if I could lose another 75lbs and walk 30 minutes a day or swim, I wouldn't need any medication. (I dropped 40 lbs in 2004-2005 and all my panels dropped drastically as well as my blood pressure.) In 2006 due to a job change I put on weight and itall went back up.
