Saturated fats

- Saturated 18- carbon stearic acid and 16 carbon palmitic are the prefered foods for the heart which is why the fat around the heart muscle is highly saturated

I'm not sure there's any scientific evidence that sat fats are "very good for you" either. Truth is, I suspect there's no good evidence on either side of the issue. Even science has fallen victim to political correctness.
