Not King Fu on Pico.
I ordered General Tsao's Chicken for delivery and it was absolutely nasty. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, they promised me a refund.
I took the food to the restaurant, and she wasn't even concerned about why I was unhappy with it.
I guess they are used to complaints.

A good chinese restaurant should be clean, doesn't use msg, don't use too much oil in food, should have a variety in the choice of food, and the pricing should be good.

For decent chain fast food: Panda Express. They have added more choices & varieties.
