without any delay you consult a cardiologist to rule out any heart problem.they suggest Eco test and tread mill test. don't do exercises unless you are declared by the doctors that you are fit to do them.

I would listen to my body- experiment with a variety of motions as I find some motions seem to bother me and other do not-- I had OHS 4 weeks ago (my Aorta was up to 7 CM diameter makng me a good sudden death heart attach canidate) other than that my cardiovascular system was healthy- so now new valve and Aorta plug--I have worked up to 65 minutes walks- stretching 4 times a day have gradually added new stretches as My body accepted them-things that hurt last week feel good now-so again listen to your body
Although many will disagree I also started using week two 3 pound dumbels to work with (no chest work) now am using 5 pounds doing laterlas-forward raise- bent lateral--- 20 pounds for lat pulldowns and seated rowing and go back to 5 pound dumbells for curls and tricep work- legs do leg press with 50 pounds and leg curl with 20
I find for my by working up slowly and asking my body permission by using muscle testing I have been able to work up with out injuring myself- I think this is the key listen to your body-try new moves with caution- practice breathing I teach Qi Gong so do daily Qi Gong exercises-if you know someone into Qi Gong or Yoga breathing see if they can help you out
A good basic exercise is to separate your hands and pretend their is a spring there as you exhale envision collasping the spring bring your hands close-but do not touch then pull the spring as you inhale use 6 to 10 second inhalations and exhalations-soon you feel your hands tingling as you build your chi after a while you will skip the pretense of the spring but still your energy- once the energy is strong bathe your body in it There are numerous good reference materials on energy medicine if interested I would be glad to post some titles
Again listen to your body do new moves with caution and you wil speed your recovery without injury

If you're a female,<40, it's doubtful this is your heart. Unless you have other health problems, congenital heart defect,or heart valve problems. If when you move muscles you haven't moved alot for awhile, or it hurts when you breathe in or out forcefully-it's usually lung or chest WALL related. But, as always, when in doubt---check it out!!!
Now a days, anyone female that comes in with any chest pain with any risk factors,is usually suspect for possible heart problems. With men, it's starts in the late 20's.

you probably have a heart problem. Normally, you should have only short of breath problem if you don't exercise daily. feeling pain in heart could mean some blockage in your heart somewhere.
go check your doctor to see if you have a heart problem.

breathe, and do some yoga, gentle movements suit the body more, the build up of lactic acid does cause pain. you can see your GP but you may get a blank look,do not underestimate deep breathing with exersise.if you continue to have problems see GP about your heart and do not mention the exersising.

Try walking on a treadmill, if that causes the chest pain, then go to the Doctor.

Maybe this isn't your heart, maybe it's under it,cuz that place aches when you don't practice sport for a long time..If you're sure that it's your heart go to a cardiologist.

Don't overdo yourself! You shouldn't go into dancing or exercising full tilt if you haven't done it for a while, take it slow, Just be careful, if you are worried call your dr.

If the pain stops when the excercise stops it is probably your heart. See the doctor.
