I heard cinnamon can prevent or help. Just a sprinkle daily of ground cinnamon in your coffee or oatmeal is all you need. Also, chromium picolinate is GREAT! It's a supplement you can buy at a health store, and take 100 mg daily (a tiny pill). It helps your body break down sugars you digest and use them as energy. Many people use it for weight loss. But no, I haven't heard about ginger. Ginger is great for motion sickness, though.

That's a new one one me, though I I do know that ginger can help with some things, particularly nausea and some gastointestinal issues. I'm not aware of any plants that control diabetes, since regardless of whether it's Type 1 or 2, it's a disorder involving the body's inabilty to effectively utilize carbohydrates for energy, leading to elevations of glucose in the blood.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I've never heard the ginger was an aid in controlling diabetes but I have heard that cinnamon was an aid. In a family that has sprung up with type 2 as we aged, I'm the only one without it. I do and always have added cinnamon to many foods that I enjoy. Don't overdo it though because it can give you nasty cramps.

What is a ginger? I really don't need to know, because I am going to assume it is another HUMAN BEING. I think you should do what Mahatma Gandhi said, as I paraphrase for your situation, "Take a ginger child and raise that child as your own, and teach it the ginger culture and that s/he is a ginger." You will be cured of you prejudice, because in reality the ginger is within you. Why do you hate yourself so much and have such low self esteem?
