I went to a senegalese restaurant and i had a dish called tdebu den ( i know the spelling is wrong) but its the national dish of senegal. It is stewed lamb flavored with lemon and other spices, served with rice. Its excellent

Don't you mean West African? East African is Ethiopian cuisine.
