when i have to go urine it will take 1 minute or so on in that process of urine if somebody come near to me urine process will stop automatically and my tendency of urine is very poor i have also burning micturition of urine with renal outflow also not clear . what kind of problem i am facing is it psyclogical problem ?

Sounds like you need to see a urologist and/or a renal specialist. Are you on dialysis? If so, how often are you getting it. As to the flow stoppage when others are present, this is not uncommon. I have many patients with this problem when presented the lack of privacy in the hospital setting, but the 'burning' does give cause for concern. I would advise you to make an appointment to see your MD ASAP and discuss these symptoms. Write them ALL down on a piece of paper and take it with so as not to forget anything. I don't think that your problems are necessarily psychological. If anything they have a fair basis in the body and you may need to seek a second or third opinion. Good luck.
