Pure honey and pure ghee aren't pure chemicals any more than you're a pure chemical.

Honey is actually required to be pure. A while back, companies used to use sugar water to make their honey sweeter and cheaper. This was discovered and soon done away with. If you are still worried, your best bet is to buy from a local farm. This is something you can almost always find in a local grocery store. Avoid the huge chains where most honey comes from a centralized distributor.

Better buy a reputable brand. Do they allow you to test before you buy?
I have seen some business man buying row honey in Borneo, the way they test is first by taste, then they wet a match stick other end with the honey, then they lit the match holding the middle, and let the match burn slowly toward the other end, when the burning end become carbon then they hold the carbon and let the match burn toward the end with honey, when the honey burn, it should flare up quickly meaning no water added.
