They are giving many ads in media about condoms etc
They also insist that we should be very friendly with AIDS patient because there is also a life after HIV
Many AIDS patients voluntarily come & tell about their life
But my view is many people having a great confident in condoms they do the illegal activities using condoms
If i were in main post of Indian Government, first of all, i will raise an order that condoms must be sold in retails, or hospitals or any other place after showing the marriage certificate of couples only. For each condom, the retailer must show the xerox copy of the couples marriage certificate
Even one is missed illegal or given illegally the license of the retailer or the pharmacy should be ceased
