can you tell me of some devices to help a person with hemiplegia?

I want to encorage the person to feed and drink by themselves they are paralised down the right handside.

truly speaking .. god has not created a brain to invent some device which you are expecting.. but a good rehabilitation program will do the best...like physiotherapy. occupational therapy..
