For developing Aids, you need to have HIV virus infected. Without HIV virus infection, there is no developing of AIDS. If you and your gf don't have HIV, then you are free from HIV/AIDS no matter how many times you have unprotected sex with her. However; one of you have HIV, then both of you will have HIV and it will later develop into the stage of AIDS.
Negative+Negative=Negative
Positive+Negative=Positive
Negative+positive=Positive
Positive+positive= Positive (these aren't math theories, and so, do not calculate like you do the math)
If one of you are in the window period which shows negative before the 3 months of the last possible exposure, then both of you will be positive. HIV doesn't show in blood by test before 3-6 months after the possible exposure. Therefore, you are advised to get tested 3 months (at least) after the possible exposure. If tested less than 3 months, the result isn't accurate. In this period, you can get infected because he/she may say she is negative without knowing her actual status of HIV.
Having unprotected sex can infected not only HIV, but also other sexual transmitted diseases such as syphilis, Hepatitis A, B, C, Herpes Simplex Virus 1, 2, HPV (Genital warts), Gonorrhea and chlamydia etc. It can also make the girl pregnant. I suggest you to use protection. Some STDs can be infected even wearing condoms because some parts of the skin where condoms doesn't reached to cover up, the virus can be infected by skin to skin contact.
One possible way i read the other day was funny to me but it was "non infected nurse injected HIV virus syrine into non infected person" then you will have HIV. This is funny to me but it makes sense.
Anyway, Stay safe. Stay well.

You can get aids from unprotected sex but one of you must have the disease to get it. I think you need to study about the risks of sex before doing it again...that is your best protection!!
