Excess cholesterol clogs the heart and reduces blood flow. Blood carries food, oxygen and lots of other stuff, you stop that uve got a problem

Contrary to popular opinion and the AMA propaganda, cholesterol has only a tertiary effect on the hardening of the arteries.
The real culprits are hydrogenated oil (found in margarine), homogenized milk, and refined sugar found just about everywhere.
