Dim sum is my favorite type of Chinese food. There are so many varieties to try and the combination of sweet and savory dumplings just make a perfect meal.

I really love dim sum. But I made a really fabulous sweet and sour chicken at home once with friends from Japan. It tasted great.
There is an interesting article about Dim sum and
a recipe for S&S chicken that looks like a good compromise between yummy/quality and time/ease, although we made a water/flour batter to coat our chicken. Good luck!

Many years ago there was a Cantonese restaurant in my home town that served Subgum Wonton. It was fantastic. They also prepared an awesome combination fried rice that was to die for. I miss that restaurant.

General Tsao's Chicken is very good. It is hot and spicy at the same time. Also has broccoli and carrots.
