there are bumps on the V part of the head of my penis. they look like black heads or something, they are not red at all? anyone know what this is?

Sorry, without a visual exam, there is no way of knowing what the bumps could be. Please make an appointment with a urologist for an examination, firm diagnosis and any necessary treatment. There are literally oodles of spots that can appear on the penis and so there is no way of knowing what it is without seeing it. Just keep in mind too that not all spots are indicative of an STD.
