I'd have a retro cocktail party and serve Swedish meatballs, pigs in a blanket, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail, cheese balls or logs w/ crackers and mini quiches.

For drinks, I'd offer non-alcoholic margaritas, pina coladas, and mojitos. I'd also offer mint juleps, martinis, Bloody Marys and gin & tonic w/ lime.
