Is drinking Alpine before taking X-ray exams good?

Some of the people so that they will not be determine if they have spot in there lungs used to drink alpine milk because for them it helps a lot since for them it will not be seen in the X-ray ! is it true?

I don't know what alpine milk is, but a chest x-ray is not affected by drinking anything. So the answer is false.
