Ways to break up mucus!!!

mucinex and nasal saline flushes. you can get both at the drug store. mucinex helps break up the mucus so you can cough it up. nasal saline sprays will wash out your nose.

vapors-inhale them use a vaporizer.
get some peppermint oil and heat it in your house if you cant afford a vaporizer-your mucus will break up from this-make sure you inhale deeply. the body shop sells a great peppermint oil but so may a local specialty market. get some mineral oil from the drig store to drop the peppermint oil into-make sure that you are careful with the peppermint oil-it is an irritant to the eye. it is also not recommended that you put it directly on the skin but i do it sometimes-especially this time of year to prevent the buildup of mucus
get vicks vaporub and slather it on-get the big jar-use the original the cream may not be as messy but it doesnt work as well.
try to get some peppermints and suck on them
get a peppermint candle
do you see a theme-its peppermint, it works for me everytime.
