I am 24 and have the same problem i havent found a real sulotion yet but stretching helps before bed you should stretch your legs for about 10 min also rapid release tylonal have helped and moltrin if you have a heating pad put that where the pain is worst restless legs are very annoying and can cause you to get stressed which only makes you more restless so try to stay calm when it happens and just focuse on fixing the prob good luck

could be that "restless leg syndromn" I thought that was BS too, but I did some research on it and I know I have it.. You need to do some exercise and take vitamin pills. Because if your young like me, it's probably because of the lack of iron. So one vitamin pill will solve your daily 100% of iron needed. Walking alot and running also helps. Could also be if you are taking anti-convulsants. You could also just try shaking the hell out of your legs, that works for a good half hour sometimes. Also taking your mind off it helps too.

For tonight take some Tylenol to calm your legs. You need to discuss this with your doctor. Sounds like you have restless leg syndrome. Look it up on the web to get a better understanding of restless leg syndrome. Lots of us have it.

do your legs feel funny at the time you say they are restless then your legs jerk? if so you may have restless leg syndrome.when your legs become restless try exercising them, there are many things you can try to help you when your legs become restless. which may or may not help.see your doctor explain your symptoms. if he or she feels that you do have r.l.s he or she can prescribe medications to treat r.l.s. [ re quip, mirapax] are two that would help. also other meds such as hydrocodone, oxycodone, xanax that your doctor can prescribe for r.l.s. recommend something non narcotic.
