it means that there is not enough oxygen going to the heat. is she getting around, like walking or exercise, that should get the heart pumping, but then again it could be something that is hereditary.

IF SHE HAD AN ENLARGED HEART BECAUSE OF SIZE SHE ONCE WAS ---THE HEART IS NOT AS EFFICIENT AS IT ONCE WAS---BUT GIVE HER MAGNESIUM 500 MG. PER DAY TABLETS & VIT. E 1000 MG. PER DAY....THESE WILL HELP BRING BACK THE MUSCLE TONE IN THE HEART....
