Yes. It will almost certainly rule out anything other than a private pilot's license, and even for that you need a medical certificate... a serious medical condition can result in the denial of a medical certificate, or a restricted license that allows you to fly only when accompanied by another licensed pilot.

not sure but i guess you don't want to put other poeple live's in danger right? how about the person gets a heart attack while upthere somewhere ..not cool
