The headache is really bad, I've been fighting it for days now. Last night was at it's worst. It was really bad to where it sent a sharp pain through my right eye. Plus, I've been experience cold chills and a little bit of dizziness.
This is the first time I felt this bad and had a headache that was this bad... I ask the nurse at the college (Friday) and she told me that it might be a sinus infection since she notice dark circles underneath my eyes.
Is there anything I can do??? I took ibuprofen and a migraine pill (last night) but I don't want to take nothing else...

It sounds like you having a migraine, If you took medicine and already had a migraine, the medication will not work. I know because i get them. I am also Hypoglycemic low blood sugar. Eating more protein helps. There are some food combinations that make me feel the way you do. I finally found out what they are by keeping a journal of what I eat.

I would be curious to know why your sugar is low.Are you type 2?.How is your blood pressure?High blood pressure can cause real bad headaches.

Are you eating plenty? 2000 calories or more... how is your sugar level? Are you heating up the house to much? Are you dehydrated?

go to another doctor. you could have something bad.
