I stopped cigarettes years ago and it was like I was over them in a few days. This feeling just keeps following me like a dark cloud and won't go away.

they make an herbal chew that has no nicotine or tobacco. all natural it worked for me. it was called "Randy whites moutain blend". i'm sure there are other brands, but that is what i found. it's not to bad either.

the nicotine is out of your system.
You need a strategy for dealing with cravings as they become fewer and farther in between.
If it is practical, try drinking a glass of water whenever you crave a chew. It might just distract you long enough and give enough oral stimulation for you to make it through until the next craving.
Maybe chewing gum works for you.
