P.S. It is tough to find the "puris" themselves (I have been able to find the pani masala)

actually Indian stores now sell packaged kits! everything you need to make pani puri authentically at home!

theyre really good...call the nearest indian store and ask them to deliver it to you and pay a liitle extra
