NO!

That would be a medical miracle ! Every human being is covered with bacteria. Millions and Millions of bacteria all the time and on every single square inch of the body. Having sex with one person will most likely give you a yeast infection that your body can cure quickly and most the time you don't notice it. But, have sex with two, you will probably multiply your risk of infection by a factor of four. Have sex with three and multiply it by a factor of seven.(the actual math is a good guess)

if you have suddenly found that you have an STD, your partners were not honest with you!!! It's a medical miracle to contract an STD from having sex with people who do not have one.

Anyone can say anything. There are so many different sexually-transmitted diseases. It's rare that someone would be tested for everything, and, even if they were, they might, like you, be having multiple partners. Let's say someone got tested for HIV/AIDS today, but they just had sex with someone else three days ago. They could have a disease and test negative.

Use condoms. Otherwise you're at risk for herpes simplex 1, herpes simplex 2, gonorrhea, drug-resistant gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV/AIDS, chlamydia and human papilloma virus! And that's not even the end of the list. USE CONDOMS!

It can give you a bacterial or yeast infection. Hopefully you know for certain they are clean and are not just taking their words for it. You should probably see a doctor just in case. Best to play it safe because some infections have no symptoms but can lead to serious consequences left untreated.

When you say they were clean...
Did you see actual documentation that tested for every single STD known to mankind?
Was it up to date, as in just minutes before y'all had sex?
If answered no to either of these questions then you really don't know that they were "clean" now do you.
This is why we use protection regardless if somebody tells us they're clean. The answer to your question is yes, absolutely!
