Considering a bar/bat mitzvah is welcoming someone into adult hood, how about a come as you will be in 10 years party?
Everyone should dress in their chosen career clothing, and be prepared to discuss why they are who they are..and what impact they will have on the world...top it off with a great dj, food and dancing

Do a murder mystery! Those always make the BEST parties! Or, if you want a big party, do a Reggae/Tropical theme. That's fun, too.

get a dj. theyre always fun. have a dance floor for the kids to dance on. the dj will run the party. get good food and entertainment for the kids. caricatures, trivia games, etc.
