Is it possible - yes. Learn the signs, they are different for men and women. If this is what is going on being armed with the right information is helpful because for years the medical field thought women were not having heart attacks because they manifest differently.

Hi, angel. It is indeed possible but extremely rare to have a heart attack at age 15, although the cause of the heart attack may be different from that which leads to heart attacks in older individuals. Cardiac arrest is more common in 15 year olds than heart attacks but is still very rare. Both are more likely in someone with a history of certain heart conditions, but since you don't elaborate on what your heart problems are, I can't tell you if you are at increased risk or not.
It is highly unlikely that you've had episodes of cardiac arrest per se. When cardiac arrest occurs, people typically lose consciousness and often die without CPR and/or immediate medical attention. If you are having symptoms that concern you, you should NOT hesitate to go to a doctor. Only by taking a full history, doing a full physical exam, and ordering the appropriate tests can someone tell you what is going on with your heart.
EDIT: I just want to add that people should not be so cavalier about telling you that you'll be fine and have nothing to worry about based on so little information. Chances are that you are not having any serious medical issues, but NOBODY can tell you that without more information about your history. I urge you to call your doctor's office where you will be able to describe your symptoms to a trained nurse who can tell you whether you need to be seen urgently, in a few days, or not at all.

Yes rare to have an Heart Attack at 15, but do occurs if there is and underlying pathology since childhood.
Cardiac Arrest can occur at any age, but that too requires a predisposing cause.
You are suffering from Cardiophobia, better consult your family doctor.

Heart attacks are extremely rare, especially in people under 25.
Cardiac arrests occur in people of all ages, but not without a cause.
Your medical history adds to your chance of having heart problems later in life, but not dramatically.
Keep healthy and fit, monitor your health, stress, etc. levels, and don't stress over it... you're perfectly fine.

Its VERY VERY VERY unlikely but not impossible. If you PERSONALLY have had a history of heart problems, then maybe its likely, but if its your family history and NOT yours... and you are at an avg weight, and not morbidly obese, I think you are worrying for nothing. You'll be fine.

It is possible, though rare. Given your history, occasional consultation with a cardiologist would seem appropriate.
