I know your frustration!
Kosher (or flaked salt as we're use to in the States) is impossible to find here in the UK. I will definitely take a look at the ASDA in Crossharbor, THANK YOU for that tip "Trim".

I've seen Kosher salt in a big Asda - so try there if you live near one xx

I would actually be interested to know what is un-kosher about regular salt...

Dont understand the question ,all salt is kosher maybe you mean
the coarser grade of salt used to get the blood out of meat.
