Try pure glycerin. It is an oil. Smear it on just before going to bed so you aren't eating or drinking while it soaks in. You usually can find a small bottle of it in a pharmacy.

If that doesn't work, ask the pharmacist for some pure lanolin. You can't find it on the shelf, but he/she should be abe to put a small amount in a pill bottle for you. It is a thick white cream. Do that the same way - at night before going to bed.

During the day, keep a lipbalm in your pocket and apply it after eating or drinking or whenever you notice if needing to be replenished. I use Avon's "Moisture Therapy" that has sunscreen in it. You can order it online at www.avon.com or get it from an Avon representative.

It sounds like maybe they're dry. It is winter and the weather is hell on your skin. You might want to try lip balm.
