My boyfriend asked me if in the 11months that I have been with him if I ever cheated and I haven't but the reason he asked was because his penis started burning when he urinates 3 days ago. He says it was pretty strong the first day and know it has diminished. I don't have any symptoms of any STD. I am also sure he has been faithful 100%. What can he have? If we are in a monogamous relationship can we bring an STD to the relationship?

He probably has a urinary tract infection. Tell him to see a doctor.

First, I seriously doubt you "know" that he's been 100% faithful. Please don't make assumptions during any investigative process.

Second, pain during urination by a guy could mean any number of things, from an STD to a urinary tract infection to simple dehydration. However, if it has dimished significantly by the third day, he was probably just dehydrated. It seems highly unlikely that symptoms like that would emerge and retreat within such a short period of time.

It may be pertinent to ask him a few specific questions, such as has he seen any unusual color (green, red, etc) to his urine? Is there any discharge or drip? If the answers to all of the above are "no", I would attribute his pains to simple dehydration. The only way to be certain of being free and clear, however, would be to see a doctor.

No one can offer you a reliable diagnosis over the Internet.

It’s either a urinary tract infection or someone was cheating on the other. If it’s the cheating, I’d place my bet on him. Most people will try to place blame the other for something they did.

Get checked out. It may be neither – or it may be something. If its something (an STD), then you have to be worried, or possibly really worried (HIV). If it’s cheating, there is no second chance.

If he developed this normally (he should not have accused you), he may need to be checked for kidney stones or an enlarge prostate, or diabetes, or any other disease that suppresses the immune system.

Good luck

How do you know he has been faithful? I assume you have been?It may well be just his body going throu something. Have you noticed any changes in your discharge? Sometimes you can pass infections to one another and not know it. Either way, it seems like you both should be checked out...and it would be best if the both of you go together.

There is not way to get STDS unless someone is cheating. If he is having buring he might have UTI... YES MEN GET THEM TO. Have him go get himself get checked out. No sex until so. He can give you one. Unless you already have one as well
