You can fill nude knee high hose with sand and attach them to a "stem" in a flowerpot so it looks like saggy breast flowers. You can also do something with raisins and prunes (suggesting wrinkles).

RE:
Does anyone have any ideas for funny 50th birthday party centerpieces (for a woman)?

I hate Gag gifts, they just end up in a box in the back of the closet or in the trash because they have no useful purpose. if you leave them out for everyone to see they gather dust. Most people think they are funny but would rather not get them. Mitch had a good idea, reading glasses are kinda funny and can be used eventually. How about a perpetual calendar so she can count off her remaining days of life. Personally, i would rather get a gift certificate so i could get something i would really use.

I have no idea what to do for center pieces but here's a list of jokes I played on my mom's 50th B-day
1. Put helium filled vulture balloons on strings. Tape the strings to the chair she's gonna sit on to blow out the candles
2. Dress up as the Grim Reaper. Hide some where, when she comes by your hiding place appear & say,"(insert name here)! your time has come!" expect lots of screaming
3. Make a coffin, it doesn't have to be fancy. Wrap it up, before she opens it say,"I saw this & thought of you"
4. Get a fake gift certificate from the local funeral home

How about centerpieces, instead of flowers, you make using : BenGay, Preparation H, Denture Cream, and other things associated with the elderly. Its going to be a fun party if you use some of the ideas I have read here.... Can I come?? : )

You can make a banner, that states "Happy 1/2 a Hundred!!!"
use flower pots layered with pudding, cookies, and gummy worms as a dessert, with fake flowers use the crushed cookies as the dirt, to get the "old as dirt theme going"
something on this idea would be funny

Get a GI Joe doll, dress him in a leopardskin breechcloth, and stick him upside-down on top of a cake! Give him a couple goofy tattoos, if you like, or just let your guests do that themselves, with a fine-point Sharpee on the table...

yellow instant jello (lemon)
baby ruth candy bar

make the jello according to the package and let it set in the NEW bedpan. after it has set place baby ruth candy bar in the center. you can decorate around it with toilet paper letting it drape over. if you really are dangerous you can melt chocolate and wipe it on the toilet paper in streaks.
