I throw tons of kids birthday parties and I have never seen any backyardigans with the first birthday on it. Can I ask why does it have to say 1st Birthday? I'm sure most of your guests will know which birthday your son is having plus you can add in other plain stuff that says 1st birthday if you want too. Just an FYI when I throw parties they tend to look more interesting visually if you don't just purchase every single themed item they have (for instance backyardigans plates, napkins, silverware, etc.) What I'm trying to say is it tends to look less busy and overwhelming if you break it up with some solid colors too. In your case you could mix it up with some plain first birthday stuff. Although honestly all I've really seen for first birthday is pink, blue, duckies, elmo, and pooh. Anyway I would just go with some of the backyardigans plates and such and then use lots of solid bright colored plates, napkins, and tablecloths that are the colors of uniqua and pablo and the rest of the gang. Their colors are great and would make for a very bright and festive first birthday party.

Try a store called Paper Place, it is a chain store, depends where you live I guess. Also the "Michaels" craft stores have tons of polka dot supplies of all kinds. Good luck and have fun.

Not for sure , but, try < partysupplies.com >, look under craft ideals. Or you could make them yourself . Use a solid white plastic table cloth & paint/s or cut circles out of felt & glue on . Do the same with cups. But remember if you use color on your plates, try white round styrofoam plates and food coloring for the dots
Hope I have helped !
Congrats on your 13 th birthday !
