Hot Sesame Oil is also sometimes marketed under the name "Hot Chili Oil". Check the ingredients and you will find out if the primary ingredient is sesame oil. Where I live, I can easily find this in the ethnic foods section, with other Oriental foods.
Sesame oil also comes in other flavors, but you will have to search online for it.

Spicy sesame oil is usually used in japanese and chinese food. Most Asian market do carry them and put it on the shelve where regular sesame oil is. It doesn't not have an extremely hot and spicy flavor, but it does spice up the food and make the interesting taste. Japanese use it a lot in a soup noodles like ramen and udon. I like Japanese spicy sesame oil cause it does carry a very good aroma, but it only comes in a very small bottle and kind of pricy though.

Mmmmmm....
I'm hungry already. I have two things I do for spicy sesame oil. I put four hot chilis (these are dried and in small pagages in the aisan or mexican aisles) into my sesame oil jar. The clearish plastic pourer snaps on and off easily.
Aslo, I have a bottle of regular sesame oil for when I want less spice or I can use it while cutting it with a little mustard oil for some intense, super-flavorful heat!

If you are not able to find it you can infuse the sesame oil you have with spice... try adding some chili pepper flakes to the bottle.
