For the invitations, pick a theme (such as Hersey's, or your favorite candy.) If you get a chocolate fountain, be sure to have your dipping foods ready in bowls (strawberries, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, graham crackers). You can also sample different kinds of chocolate. Do you have guy friends? If so, maybe you'll want to have dancing and music instead of games. If it's a small party, you could watch a chocolate-themed movie, or use chocolate as game pieces for Truth or Dare and the like.

I'm your age, and I recognise precisely the way you suppose and I recognise correct now you are scanning via those solutions hoping any one has an answer for the ideal occasion. however in actual fact, that's no longer going to occur. Life's a *****. But, what you'll be able to do is say on your moms and dads that you do not imply to be annoying however you fairly were looking ahead to this occasion for a long time, present to pay, or perform a little chores or some thing. See what they are saying, But, if they are saying No. then No it's, we're in a ressesion and that implies you fairly ought to admire your moms and dads offerings with cash. If I used to be you regardless that, I'd simply invite a few of my fine peers over.. Go to the cinema a further time. Let them sleepover, order pizza and a birthday cake. You get the offers and a a laugh night time for everybody with out your moms and dads blowing the price range. I fairly do not see how that's any main issue?

I like the idea of making invitations out of Hershey bars (replacing the wrappers with one you made)
Go to a good specialty candy store and get some exotic chocolates for a tasting.
(To properly taste a chocolate. 1. look at the chocolate, there should be a nice glossy sheen. 2. snap off a piece, there should be a clean, 'snap' 3. rub the chocolate with your thumb to melt a little and smell it. 4. allow the chocolate to melt in your mouth, chewing only slightly)
Watch the movie Chocolat (if you're parents think you're old enough) or Willie Wonka.
Have hot coco (with marshmallows)
You can go to a crafts store and get kits to make your own chocolate bars.
Have plenty of milk and fruit on hand.
If the weather will be warm enough, you can have a campfire and s'mores.
Check local museums to see if any are having chocolate exhibits.
Get a video about making chocolate.
If it's going to be an overnight you can make truffles. Heat 1cup heavy whipping cream with 2 sticks of butter and 1 pound of chocolate chips. Melt the mixture and put in a bowl in fridge. You can scoop it out with a melon baller once it reaches the consistency of peanut butter. Put the balls in the fridge for about an hour then enjoy
You could also make haystacks (chocolate and coconut)
For the really adventurous, you can order chocolate covered crickets online.
You could have a trivia game about chocolate.
An interesting theme for decorations might be 'Ancient Aztec' (the first people to enjoy chocolate, you could make a rainforest in the living room and put colorful birds and feathers around, people could come in costume)
Hope this helps

an invitation : make new labels for Hershey's candy bar or any other kind of removable raper, and replace it with a invitation looking raper.
you can make some out of construction paper like brown and use a silver marker and pen to add your information on it,
still making it look like the Hershey raper, or use a computer and printer to do this,
just make it the same size of paper as the candy bar raper and replace the original raper with your invitation raper.
you may want to have some chocolate dip strawberry's.
Making or having a 3terr Stan to serve small bite size cakes like petty fours or brownies.
you may want to have a chocolate Sunday bar set up that will look nice at any age.
have some soda but also get some chocolate milk.
with all that sugar you guys will be bouncing off the wall ,
Have fun and happy Birthday. !!!!

Here are a few game ideas:
Try this. Get the mini bags of M&Ms, the ones that have about 10 candies individually wrapped, and give them out at your party. Have your friends carefully open the package without being able to see what's inside. Tell them to close their eyes and guess what color M&M they are about to pick out. They can have their fingers on one candy, but they must blurt out a color before they pull it out.
OR Take 5-10 different types of candy bars and put them all in a big paper bag (make sure they’re each prewrapped, or this could be gross). Reach inside and take a hold of one of the chocolates. Ask your friends to guess which candy you have in your hands. If they are right, they get to eat it, if not, they don’t get one! Feeding their stomachs should give them some incentive to keep up the psychic work.
This site explains how to make an edible chocolate bar party invitation. Sounds like a fun time. Enjoy!

Candy bar invites: remove Hershey wrapper and wrap bar with your personal invite. Or use the golden ticket invite.
Bake a chocolate strawberry pizza. Use a chocolate fountain and dip marshmellows, pretzels, bananas, strawberries, kiwis, and other fruit.
Blind fold your guess and have them guess what candy bar you are feeding them. Chocolate scavenger hunt. Chocolate trivia questions about you.
Chips Ahoy Milkshake
16 CHIPS AHOY! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies, divided
1-1/2 pints vanilla ice cream
1-1/2 cups milk
Crush 12 cookies; set aside. Place crumbs, 1 pint ice cream and milk in electric blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4, 8 oz. glasses. Top each with scoop of remaining ice cream, cookie and whip cream. Serve immediately.

Chocolate is never childish!!! I believe that there are Chocolate Festivals going on in February to celebrate this wonderful substance! Why don't you click on that, or go to Hershey's. There are lots of things around that will help you have a very grown-up feeling fun chocolate party!

For Decorations, they have chocolate fountains
(have you heard of them before?)
they aren't cheap to rent but they are a great centerpiece.
I'm not sure about games or invitations, but that is the only thing I can recommend
=]
I know the party will rock!
