You may want to discuss a penile implant with your doc. I have seen patients have alot of success with this. Another option is a pump, but doesn't always work. Good luck!

don't use meds for ed if using nitrates of any kind,even nitrates used on an as needed basis...talk with md and fins out if there is another ed drug that can be used with nitrates
