What is your blood pressure right now?
Mine is 96/73. I know, a little high but I just had a cup of coffee.

You can buy a little wrist BP machine at CVS or Walgreens. I love mine! It's about $60 though but very worth it, IMO.

I dont know, how do you know what your blood pressure is? do you have your own machine? i don't. i think your BP is ok though....mine is probably too

Whoa...Whoa!!
96/73 is NOT high!! That is low. High blood pressure determined by the World Health Organization is 140/90. Normal is 120/80.
I suggest you have the machine's accuracy checked. And have someone check your BP with a machine that is known to be accurate.

Mines usually about 140/90, which is high. I am working on it though. Yours is fine, in fact its pretty low compared to alot of peoples. Be thankful!
