To be honest, you're going to have a difficult time finding health insurance at a reasonable cost, due to the fact that diabetes is considered a pre-existing condition. At least that was the problem I encountered here in Texas. I hope I'm wrong, but in most cases insurance companies are hesistant to insure a diabetic at the same cost as a person without diabetes. I was offered insurance but at an outrageous cost. Then again, I'm over 40, which may have contributed to the cost. The only way to be certain is to try calling local agencies in your area and get some quotes. Best of luck to you. ------------------------

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Well you can first apply to any insurance company. Inevitably they WILL deny you because of your diabetic condition. However, because you have diabetes they should provide you with another company, through your state that will cover you. That company will ask for the denial letter from the 1st company and some sort of proof of residency.
I hope this helps. This was the procedure I had to go through before I was insured with my job.
P.S. This was the procedures for the state of Maryland, they may vary upon your state of residency.

There is none unless you can find an insurance company that will have a two year waiting period, then accept you. I'm on medicaid, I was on medicaid before I was approved though SSI. All you have to do is apply and when it's time, and they deny you, apply again. They give you a temporary health card and keep a;;lying. It's time consuming, but well worth it.

It could depend on your state. I live on the ohio/michigan boarder and my husband owns his own business and I work with him. So we have to provide our own health care and our business is too small for group ins. I am a type 1 and for the past 3 years i have paid dearley to stay alive. 500 a month for the ins. and 300 a month in RX co-pays (we only bring home 2000.00 a month) Our plan was in ohio but we were able to get a plan in michigan (where the business is located) for the same amount but I only pay out 30.00 a month for my RX's. The state laws in mich. allowed me to get a different plan.So check into your stae laws

most private insurance, if they take you, will not cover a pre existing conditions for 2 years. your best bet is to find a job that offers health insurance. even then there may be a waiting period before a pre existing condition is covered.
