My favorite sausage was a jalapeno/cheese chicken and turkey sausage from Sam's Club.. Boo hoo, they stopped selling it though. Now I eat a chicken sausage with habanero and smoked gouda from wal-mart. It's low in fat too.

For me,the best is Italian sausage.Home made is better.I use to got some in my friend house in Brooklyn New York.NowIHave to eat the commercial one from the supermarket.Is not the same,but is sausage.

Parker House smoked sausage. They are SUPER SPICY HOT and are made right here in Chicago.
I also LOVE VIENNA BEEF sausage products. They too are made here in Chicago.

I don't have just one favorite. I like Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Italian Sausage, Turkey sausage, and a little bit of chorizo. I guess Bratwurst is my favorite! mmmm!
