You could catch any STD she might have so if you do not know her well don't do it. I suppose you could put a condom on your tongue, doesn't that conjure up a an image. but you would need to keep it nice and firm. Ever had cramp in your tongue, this could be a side effect. If everything is OK do it, as it gives her a great experience and you will get addicted to it.

why would it cause bad breath? thats more to do with your oral hygiene. you can pass herpes through cunnilingus, but not much else. if you want to be safe use cling film or dental dams as a barrier.
