I am not a big fan. I mean, and let's be honest here, it's kind of a big production without a lot of payoff. I like my salad just thrown into the bowl.

I always toss my salad, 'cause I like all ingredients mixed, dressing included. If it wasn't tossed, it might as well be set on a plate... one spot for tomatoes, one for avocados, one for dressing, etc etc, like a regular meal. I guess that's what's called a disassembled salad.

Well, sometimes. You know, sometimes your doing it and the dressing comes out and hits you in the face...urgh that's just horrible.

If you don't distribute the dressing its impossible to spread the flavour.
