As soon as you wakeup - Drink one glass of warm water with either quarter a spoon of honey or lemon without sugar. (may be at five o clock)
Morning -
1.Eat 1 either of the fruits i mention ( apple, gauva, cup of papaya, cup of water melon, peach, pears, orange). You can take juices of them. But eating whole fruit is prefarable.
2. 2 Idlis or 1 Dosa with sambar or mint chutney or onion chutney or tomato chutney. no coconut chutneys please.
You can have both 1 & 2 or either of them. But strictly nothing other than this.
For lunch,
1. One small cup of Clear Soup leg veg coup or corn soup. No thick soups. YOu can have one small cup of rasam if u dont get soup.
2. Salads of Onion, Cabbage, Carrot, Tomoato - One small cup
3a. One small cup of boiled rice (150 to 200 gm approx) with either dall, or sambar or rasam. Veg Curries not deeply fried. Curds to be strictly avoided. Skimmed butter milk is a healthy replacement.
3b. Two rotis prepared without oil, with a cupful of vegetables, not deeply fried. u can have them like a gravy or boiled, fried with one or two tsp of oil.
You can have 1,2, 3a or 3b.
Nearly 3 to 4 pm -
1. one cup of coffee / tea, one glass of lemon juice / butter milk.
2. One small cup of Sprouts. Sprouts have to be added in ur diet everyday since sprouts is rich of fibre.
Dinner
1. One cup of rasam or soups as i have mentioned for lunch
2. Salads as mentioned for lunch
2. Rotis with vegetable as mentioned for lunch.
Strictly No rice or rice products like idli, dosa, upma. take only whea products at night.
Fruits to be avoided - All Sweet Fruits like mango, grape, pineapple, suppota, banana, jackfruit.
Vegetable to be avoided - Potato, beetroot, banana, yam and all undergoundground harvested vegetables except carrot.
Drinks to be avoided - All Aerated drinks and all thick juices, Alcohol.
Sugestions in diet items:
Add lot of dal, sprouts in ur diet which provides you with fibre that helps in strengthening ur muscles and providing energy so that u dont become weak.
Instead of taking as a fruit juice, take them as whole to avoid sugar (rich source of calories).
U can add fish, chicken in ur diet once in a week or max twice. dont take red meat like mutton, pork, beef which are all sources of fat. chicken is not a red meat. so u can take it once in a while.
Most important thing. Engage urself in any activity like swimming, walking / jogging for 30 to 60 mins max everyday. prefarbly in the morning.
Drink 5 to 6 litres of water or liquid items everyday. In this way u are not hungry and also u dont add much calories to ur body.
This was not just from my mind. this was the diet which i followed for 3 to 4 months upon which i lost nearly 10 kgs. i am honest. so u can verywell go with this diet.
Also dont stop this diet and continue with ur previous diet once u hav acheived ur loss. go back to ur mormal diet very gradually. say after 6 months of ur results.
Dont ever stop exercising.

No trouble ~ glad to help. Eat in the GREEN family more than any other, those are your lowest calories. Eat fresh & raw about 75% of your food intake. Keep the fat grams down to 30% of your of your daily intake of food. The weight will fly off. I carry a small pocket size Fat/Carb/Calorie book I got at the book store, very reasonable.

Hi Ramachand, so u feel u r overweight & need to reduce ur weight. Frankly, reducing weight is not easy but once u hv succeeded in reducing, maintaining is more difficult. In fact, it is a life-long struggle. u need a diet like low in calory, low carbohydrates & low fat. Since u r vegetarian, there r several veggies with low calories, e.g.tomotto, cucumber, carrot, peas, broccoli, onions, cauliflower,cabbage, & in fact, many more. Try to eat raw veggies or steamed or quick fry with very small quantity of oil. Try to eat only when u really feel hungery otherwise just avoid it. Don't reduce weight fast. Go slow in a natural way. Morning eat more carbohydrates like vegetables, fruits & even one boiled egg with yogurt or low fat milk. U require more energy during day, which mainly comes from carbohydrates. So ur breakfast shud be with more carbohydrates & less proteins/fats.
Eat proteins laden lunch, e.g. soya products, even one
egg, chapati or rice (small amount), small amount of nuts, sseeds, tomotto, & eat light food but proteins laden dinner,
e,g, kidney beans or moong daal plus 1 to 2 roti plus
some salad. Frankly, it is night when generally weight
shoots up bcz mostly people eat heavy and without digesting go on bed. Since during night one needs to sleep, one does not require more energy & therefore, eat very light at night and try not to go on bed atleast 3 to 4 hours after dinner. But only diet cannot solve ur problem. In fact, diet and exercise both walk on parallel lines, i.e. must do 30 to 45 minutes any exercise u like, e.g. brisk walking, running, jogging, bike,
swimming, rope skipping, tenis, etc. For ur information,
running and rope skipping burn maximum calories, e.g.
if u run or skip rope, over 600 calories can be burnt in one hour. Repeating, eat only when u r hungry & eat
low calories, low carbohydrates, low fat and eat lite at
nite & do not go to bed atleast 3 to 4 hrs after dinner &
stick with regular exercise regime. I assure you u can
loose weight in a natural way & if u really want to maintain
follow above things for long time to come. Don't reduce
ur weight more than 2 kg per month for keeping ur figure
healthy & shinning. Last but not the least, an average person requires daily around 2000 calories. If u r not active, reduce 2 to 300 & if u r very active increase 500 calories. Jump start with Happy New Year. God bless u. Take care. Yong Kang.

The best diet is take Oat meal which is available in all shops. the process for taking this is by mixing with milk along with sugar.
Another type is to take sugar free tablets and always avoid foods which contain oils and fats. Always prefer fresh vegetables and boiled vegetables.

hey.. just drink minimum of one litre water every morning u wake up.after tht take a cup of milk. then u make ur tiffin with 2 boilded egs without yellow yolk. in lunch take 100 grams of rice or near 3 chapathis with half boliled curries like " beans, peas, bittergaurd, green leafy vegetables like tht". in the evening dont take anything except a tea. in the continue same diet as in afternoon. but dont forget to drink butter milk made from butter free curd with no limit

hi,
1) drink water as much as u can!!! [ atleast 15 glasses per day]
2) reduce oil n sugar frm ur diet. [ 2 tsp oil n 2tsp sugar per day]
3) eat diner before 8pm
4) include salads , fruits in ur diet
5) i have 2 diet plans - 1st have ghiya diet [ghiya curd+2 roties in lunch ] n [ same day have same in dinerr bt 1 roti] salads is must
2nd- onion roti wdout gheee or oil , wd tonned milk curd.
6) shift to tonned milk frm full cream milk.
7) avoid green lefii vegetables in nyt. as thy create water retention. wch increase weight.
8) avoid un cooked salt means no salt on curd / rayeta or on salads.
thse r my my tips as i have also reduce weight 15 kgs in 7 mnths.
thats why im helping u out as i know it feels very bad to b fat.
it works man... try it!!!!
